I used this brand for the first time today and after some time tried to wash it off. But it’s not washing off, I have been washing for two hours and colored water is still coming off. I used shampoo as well several times. but color is still coming out with water. What should I do? Please help.

your hair cuticle is open and if this is a semi/demi permanent dye it will continue bleeding until it’s washed out eventually. wash with cold water to avoid color loss 🙂
