Looks fine to me. My bet is that it shifted during shipment because of the velocity of the cream. Plus, packaging used is often much bigger than necessary to fit the stated amount of product.
It was shipped from across the globe, it probably spent some time upside down. Looks like a normal amount of product to me, just that a bunch of it has ended up on the inside of the lid.
