I do my own

I used to do a lot of art but now I just like to enjoy the million colors I have ( Zoya Taryn and Eradani in the picture), but a lot of times people comment on my nails and are so shocked when I say “I do my own nails, thank you”

Like this is not even impressive! This is plain Jane here! I still do some stamping once in a while, but mostly just simple colors.

Why is the norm such that is out of the ordinary for people to do their own nails at home? This is also mainstream, like not even indies!

I do love all compliments tho so I’m not complaining. I just think it’s such a weird reaction!
