there's a subtle shift to a more cobalt blue and bluer-green that sadly I couldn't quite capture in this vid!

Right Hand: 3x ANLAC Balinese Swallowtail
magnetized with 5D spinner
ANLAC peely base, DRK Magic Effect, and Sally Hansen QDTC on both hands (magnetized top coats too).
