Badly need effective skincare advice because nothing seems to be working

I got told that i can get some advice here on skincare stuff. I would really appreciate any advise on building my skincare routine. I'm looking for good cleanser – not CeraVe pls because it doesn't work. I am mostly just washing my face and using moisturizer (atm its honey halo pharmacy cream). I don't have trust in unscented products that smell like glue stick, would like to avoid them too i would say my skin is dry/combinated, the other issues are my acne that i rub all the time bc of anxiety, large pores and those sebum filaments on nose and chin. i was using oil cleanser but i don't think it is doing much. thank you all!

tldr: Skin type dry, lotsa acne, current cleanser: Round Lab Dokdo, moisturizer is Farmacy Honey Halo Cream, I don't use actives atm
