In the history of even-ing, I cannot

If you’re not quite sure if you love DRK’s Seal Glaze, it makes a PERFECT base for chrome powder! This is:
-BKL’s New Moon, New Me (glass bead done a few days ago)
– One thinish coat Seal Glaze – dried to where it’s no longer hazy
– Beautnice chrome powder in holographic neon
– No smudge top coat
