Ladies, where do you buy good quality spatulas?

As you can see from my photos, I just discovered today that my spatula has some stains. I bought it only three months ago and have barely used it, since I rarely wear makeup during the hot summer here. I always wash it with makeup remover after each use, so these tiny spots definitely aren’t from my foundation. When I tried scraping them off, it seemed like the coating had already come off. It’s supposed to be stainless steel, but I ordered it from Shopee (I live in Vietnam) for just over 50 cents, so maybe the quality isn’t great? I’m worried the stains might actually rust. I’m going to throw it away just to be on the safe side.
