MelaNosa cream review

I purchased the DONG-A PHARM MelaNosa cream and recently noticed a big difference in an old acne scar.

I have not used this regularly. Maybe once every 3 weeks since April? But last week I had to do a double take because I noticed the spot had faded substantially. Since last week I’ve been applying it every other night. The after photo was taken indoors in natural light. I don’t have a good before photo because I never planned on tracking progress. Since my skin is fair/light, I usually dabbed concealer over the spot— otherwise it’s very noticeable.

I bought this instead of the MelaToning cream because that’s what the pharmacist recommended.

If you’re in Korea and want something low maintenance from the pharmacy to fade sun spots/scars, I would recommend this product. I was embarrassingly inconsistent and still got results.
