Cos de baha retinol products (l1,l2,l3 and 2.5%); false advertising?

1% retinol is 330 000iu, not 33000iu?
This would suggest all its retinol product is much less concentrated that stated.
Can anyone please help me clarify the concentration of its retinol product please? I've tried reaching out to the offical shop but no response😕.

Looking for good retinol (~1%) or retinal products ideally w niacinamide (>3%) in any form (serums creams toners etc).

I thought cos de baha l3 retinol looked good but now having second and 3rd thought.
