If anyone has tried those two particular shades, what makes them different? I only found one swatch and they both look the same and I’m wondering which one to get. I suppose 09 is cooler while 02 is warm/neutral?

So the top row: First shade is Peonies. Second shade is Lovey Pink.
Looks like Lovey Pink is warmer/neutral as you said!
