Tsubaki shampoo and conditioner red bottle causing hair fall or I am delulu? I am 25 F Indian , wavy thick hair / 2b/2c I live in states . (thyroid ,PCOS)

I started using tsubaki shampoo and conditioner and hair mask , love the hair mask , but I am scared that the shampoo is causing me hair fall , has anyone else experienced it .
1. Smells amazing
2. Makes my hair soft and silky but they look dry anyways 🙁
3. Hair mask is love !
4. I have Hypothyroidism and PCOS, however I am on meds and eating the same ?
Is it my hormones ?
Or is it the shampoo .
I have so far washed my hair 4 times with tsubaki.
I shampoo my hair once in a week or twice because of all the hair fall these days .
I was previously using nexxus and GK hair professional, honestly GK worked amazing on my thick hair .
Shall I go back to it ?
