Is this meant to be used as a toner?
I only ask because it's marketed as a "Essence water" .
Any feedback is appreciated, not only confirming whether it's used as a toner but what your experience is with it!

Yeah a lot of the time toner and essence are basically the same thing
Essences are usually a little thinner and more lightweight that toners, but their function is the same, and you use it in the same step as a toner
