i just opened my cushion that i left in my car to use and i saw like 10 ants inside 🥲 they were mainly on a specific part of the puff and after i shook them off there are small holes ðŸ˜
has this happened to anyone else? i didn’t even know ants ate these lol. won’t be leaving my makeup in the car anymore

My guess would be that there was probably some food residue that transferred onto the puff that they were attracted to. Though it’s entirely possible that they may not have pulled off those pieces? I’ve seen cushions that have had normal wear and tear around the edges that looked similar, especially with the way that foam/sponge applicators degrade over time.
