Can you layer a chemical sunscreen and a tinted sunscreen of the same brand? (numbuzin)

I wanted to get a tinted sunscreen with iron oxide for hyperpigmentation, but using 2 fingers length of this tinted sunscreen makes me look like an Oompa Loompa. I settled with using 2 fingers length of the numbuzin no.1 chemical sunscreen first and then just 1 finger length of the no.3 sunscreen on top. My question is:

1. is it okay to layer these two SPFs? I heard it’s like a skincare no no to mix SPFs but maybe from the same brand it’s okay?

2. will I still get proper protection from visible light with only roughly 1 finger length of the tinted sunscreen?
Again it’s like the maximum amount I can apply without looking like clown makeup.
