This is my first time having nails. I have no idea how to “take care” of them. How often do I have to replace them? If I get fills, I would have to get the tip filed so they don’t get too long, right? This length is what I’m comfortable with. But then I’d lose the design on the tip? How long do I have to wait to get a new design? The nail tech was new and did not do a good job with the nail bed (picture included) so I don’t know how long I’d like to keep them. I’d like to go somewhere else next time.

if you get fills you can just ask for them to be filed so theyre shorter 🙂 usually people have a fill around once every 3 weeks. with a fill, you can get a new design since its usually filed off anyways. but yes i would also recommend going to a different salon next time 😓😓

Welcome to nail care! 💅 Get fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain length. Filing keeps them at a comfortable length but may affect designs. You can get new designs as often as you like. But that design really look so cute in your hands. Love it!
