    1. my first impressions on some of the products (used once or twice on dry, acne-prone, sensitive skin)

first picture from left to right, top to bottom:

      1) SKINFOOD Royal Propolis Essence — interesting packaging design! the cap twists up when opening the product. It stings a tiny bit after double cleansing, but it doesn’t bother me. It seems fairly hydrating and the texture is a little sticky.

      2) IsnTree Yam Root Toner — haven’t used this yet because I have other toners to finish up before opening this!

      3) RoundLab Dokdo Cleansing Water — I found this irritating and drying on my skin. I’ll keep using it for now but it did not make a good first impression on me. I have a feeling I’ll be using it to clean my cleansing pads instead.

      4) Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cream — I bought this because I was searching for a hydrating, non-irritating cream to pair with adapalene in the PM. I haven’t used it yet, but I found the cleanser from the same line extremely gentle, so I have high hopes!

      5) Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair ( mini size ) — Haven’t used yet but I thought I’d buy the mini size just to see what the hype was about lol!

      6) Aestura Atobarrier 365 Lotion (mini size) — immediately fell in love upon first use and found it very hydrating and soothing after double cleansing + adapalene. it’s thick yet glides on the skin easily and doesn’t sting at all. I’m not sure whether I have the new or old formulation since I bought the mini size to try out, though.

To compare to other moisturizers, I find it much more moisturizing and calming than the one I’m currently using which is the Etude House SoonJung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream. I’ve also used illiyoon’s ceramide ato concentrate cream in the past, but I disliked it since I did not find it moisturizing at all and it stung my skin.

      7) rom&nd JLT in shade Bare Grape — this was unfortunately too saturated for my light olive skin tone.

      8) peripera Speedy Skinny Brow in 08 Taupe Beige — I like how thin the pencil is due to how precise I can fill in my eyebrows. It glides on easily and creates a very natural illusion of hairs.

      9) Cosrx Propoliss Toner (mini size) — It doesn’t sting my skin. Very soothing and hydrating, but leaves a tacky residue that takes a few minutes to go away. It’s surprisingly lightweight yet I only need one layer to feel properly hydrated!

      10) House of Hur Moist Ampoule Blusher in Lavender Flush — The application is very smooth and I love the feeling of makeup that doubles as skincare. However, this shade basically disappears into my skin. It’s extremely sheer and I need to apply several layers for it to show up. I’m not sure if I’m using this the right way, but I’ll still use it as a base before applying other blushes.

      11) Isntree Hyaluronic Sunstick (2x) — I bought this to touch up when I’m on the go. I find it very convenient to carry around and dries semi matte. The triangular shape makes it easy for me to apply it under my eyes! I am enjoying using this.

      12) iUnik Beta Glucan Power Moisture Serum (mini size) — haven’t used yet but I am excited to try it out!

      13) Dr. Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Essence — this unfortunately stings my skin, but it is very hydrating and and leaves a nice glow so I’ll continue to use it despite the stinging lol. I bought this on Prime day and I was pleasantly surprised it came with three samples: Dr. Ceuracle Cleansing Foam, First Essence, and Toner. (Shown in second picture)
