Fulfillment and shipping mistakes happen. To refer to a mistake that is very likely the result of human error as a scam is a tad dramatic.
Give their customer service a chance to remediate the issue, especially before taking it to social media. If they ghost you or refuse to help/refund, file a chargeback.
