Picked this up a couple weeks ago at a nearby Marshalls and found unknown specks upon opening it today.
The expiration date isn’t until 2027, so I’m wondering if these specks are normal or safer to throw it out?

I have bought this toner multiple times online (yesstle & stylekorean) and I have never found anything floating in it 😅
That can be mold or some other contamination. Return it!
Is the plastic seal still tightly sealed when you open the cap?
