Judydoll ice watery lip tint is not working

I don’t understand the hype around this tint. It’s streaky, not hydrating. I don’t understand the applicator either, unless you wipe off the doe foot after you apply it every time, then how is it more hygienic than other applicators? You’re not supposed to smack your lips after applying for it to develop a film but the applicator is horrible. It applies so unevenly. I got a tint in shade 05 sunset orange, after applying for awhile, the tint seeps into the cracks on my lips and emphasizes them, no matter how evenly I try to apply it. The only good thing is the shine of the tint. But it’s so dry on the lips, it’s like cooking oil on your lips. The tint also clings to the dry parts on your lips after talking. Every videos I saw of this tint are just compliments. In the pictures of the model wearing this tint, their lips absolutely don’t have a single line. Haven’t seen a single bad review on this tint, is it that perfect?
