Skin type: sensitive, dehydrated, acne prone, 33F, on retinal, very pale with visible PIH, a bit oily in the summer and a bit dry in the winter.
Climate: hot semi-humid summers, cold and dry winters
Current routine (unchanged for about a year): double clense, I’m from mugwort essence, It’s skin Firefighter serum, Krave GBR, Dr Jart Ceramidin cream (since cold weather started, before it was Cosrx Snail 92), Biore wattery essence SPF. Once a week I use retinal and once AHA wash off lotion (non AB).
Ordered from: Belieef for a total of 60$ including shipping and two 5 ml samples of numbuz:in (not pictured). I used points I collected on the website for about 10 months and saved 14.5 $.
I wanted to reorder my beloved Krave GBR since I’m about to run out when I saw this new serum. After studying available reviews for a while I decided to take the plunge and order it to use instead of GBR in my routine. The texture is deffinitely more on the waterry side, it absorbes quickly, it is not sticky at all and the skin is instantly more plump and hydrated and very soft. It has a very very light floral scent. So far I feel it will fit very nicely in my routine.
Last winter my skin loved Holika Holika Good Cera cream, but I barely finished the jar since it became kind of waxy and just sitting on my skin doing nothing when it started getting a bit warmer. This year I tried sample of Dr Jart ceramidin cream and it is not my cup of tea, since it clogs my pores a bit, does not provide protection from dehydration and has a very strong scent. Big minus is also that they changed ingredients recently, so I have no reviews from fellow sensitive skin people. Round lab cream was a total impulsive purchase, since it is currently on sale and ingrediants are safe enough to give it to my boyfriend if it does not fit me. It The cream has no scent, it is a bit thicker but it spreads easily and absorbs quickly. It is not sticky at all, little goes a long way and I think I could even layer it without becoking gresy. Skin feels nourished and it is very soft. So far I love it, leaves a much better feeling than both HH and Dr Jart.
