The directions for Missha SPF 42 PA+++ say you do not need sunscreen in addition. I’d like to be confident it provides this level of protection, but is there testing or a way to verify?
If we layer another sunscreen under could that destabilize it?

Two finger rule for sunscreen, so it’s unlikely you’re using enough of the bb cream to actually get full sun protection (I know I definitely don’t.) I’d layer sunscreen underneath for sure, just let the sunscreen dry and set for 10-15 minutes before going in with bb cream.
