It’s weird— on all of the Chinese reviews I’ve seen (not many because this set is newly released) the highlighter hasn’t been included in the set, with the concealer taking its place.
Yet on the global website, as of right now, the multichrome highlighter takes place of the concealer. I believe global users can still buy the concealer on AliExpress, given that they’re willing to take the risk.
It confused me for quite a bit, and it doesn’t help that the concealer and highlighter containers look about the same.
I wonder if the concealer is limited to Chinese consumers because the company knows it only works for lighter sisters?

I believe that’s the case yes, I only see it being a concealer for the Chinese release. It’s possible depending on shopping service restrictions on liquids that you can get the concealer on taobao!
