Can someone tell me what type of Korean hair treatment this is?
Here’s pictures of what looks like mini pool noodles in his hair and then also a pic of the after. Results look like a perm. Is that what this is just a different way of doing it and if so what the certain type of curlers called?

That is a perm. I’m from Canada and I’m pretty sure that’s a somewhat common perm tool. If you want tighter vs looser curls/waves then that’s what’ll cause the variants in the types of curlers you use
