Americanails Duraflex Gel Paste (Clear) – This was OK to learn to do nails with, but it’s a bit too ‘liquidy’ for me. I prefer things like polygel that retains its form better and isn’t as susceptible to gravity messing it up. I have a backup, but once that’s gone I won’t repurchase
Garnier Nutrisse Color Reviver Vibrant Reds – I’ve been using this as a colored hairmask in the shower to maintain my hair in-between dyeing it. This works, but doesn’t seem to be as vibrant as I’d hoped. It also doesn’t feel particularly conditioning IMO For the price and results (or lack thereof) I might just go back to doing manic panic + deep conditioner. Probably wouldn’t repurchase.
Victoria’s Secret Night Perfume – I definitely enjoyed this. Already have another replacement ready to go.
Dior Joy perfume – Love the scent, hate the price tag. I’d probably repurchase this in the future on a major sale.
Pacifica Acne Warrior Scrub – I don’t feel this did particularly much for my body acne. Also didn’t feel very exfoliating, but somehow very goopy and unpleasant. Would not repurchase.
Covergirl Hydrating Cream Cleanser – I actually really enjoyed this one, as it seems to be fairly gentle and cleans my skin, but without leaving a weird filmy after-effect or drying sensation like some of the Cetaphil products out there have. Already bought a replacement.
Benefit Porefessional – This was pretty blurring, and while it felt lightweight, it also felt like my makeup slipped and slid around my face more than usual. Probably wouldn’t repurchase.
Softlips Vanilla Cube – I’m surprised it took me this long to use out. Fairly hydrating and at a cheap price. Would repurchase AFTER I use out a dozen more products.
Too Faced Peach Primer – Felt really nice on the skin, and it didn’t seem to affect my makeup too badly in a negative way. Would probably repurchase after using out some more of the million and one samples of primer that I have.
E.L.F. Clear Brow & Lash Mascara – I’m honestly torn. On the one hand, I appreciate how cheap and effective this product is, as it doesn’t feel too heavy like eyebrow wax. I also appreciate that it’s clear, because my brows are already dark enough and I don’t necessarily want to emphasize them more than needed. On the other hand, I don’t like the brush they give for the mascara side, and wound up just using both sides for my eyebrows. I’ve repurchased this, but I’m also pretty open to finding a nice replacement at a reasonable price point in the future.
