You need to use an overliner like Romand Lip Mate. Then watch youtube videos on how to use- the founder of Romand has a how-to video about how to prepare lips for tints. Your underlying lip color is skewing your results, if you want your product to match the swatches you need to prepare the lips first. And, no, just throwing some concealer on your lips is not the same.
