Skin type: Dry, sensitive skin + rosacea. Rosacea is genetic in my family – mine is not caused by prolonged skin irritation.
Climate: Very cold and dry winters (I live in the arctic circle), temperate to warm dry summers that tend toward humidity for like 2 weeks in August. I come from a humid country originally, so moving to a dry climate has my skin upset every day except these 2 weeks in august when it is super humid.
Ingredients my skin LOVES: Ceramides, Glycerin, Urea, Adapalene (have been on a prescription for 2+ years now, the only thing to solve and calm my hormonal acne! But ofc dries my skin out so my skin loooves any extra hydration that it can get. And the climate doesn’t help lol)
Skin concerns: Acne (fixed with non AB Adapalene prescription gel), rosacea, irritation (Read reviews/bottom of post to find out why)
Time used: Some products for around 6 months- a year (will specify which), others for around 4-6 months, others for 2 months. I’m rotating in products to really find parts of the routine that stick.
