Does anyone use this Littleextra Rice berry Hydrating face wash? Does it remove hyperpigmentation?

I am facing a lot of Hyperpigmentation and this product’s reel popped in my feed which claims that it removes hyperpigmentation and keeps your face hydrated so is it really do this work?
