Skincare routine- kiku lotion, goodal vegan rice toner, etude soon jung emulsion. I use actives at night so I follow up with a local brand thicker cream, with the same toners.
Star ingredients- Rice extract, glycerine, hyaluronic acid.
Review- I have been using this toner from June of 2023. I still have 20% left. I got it on sale for $9 and the bottle is quite big (250ml) , so it’s good value for money. The texture is vicious, gel like, with a serum like thickness. Although the title says milk, it doesn’t feel like a milk as the texture is clear and transparent. It feels more hydrating than moisturizing. The bottle lasts for a long time as you only need little at a time.
This toner does the job of plumping up and hydrating the skin, and gives me that glass skin glow. I personally find it a bit average, there are plenty of toners on the market that do the same thing. It’s not truly special. But for the price and the amount, I think it’s worth it. It’s fragrance free and has no active ingredients, so it’s good for sensitive skin or when you have a damaged skin barrier.
I won’t be repurchasing it as I like trying out new products, but this is a solid choice for someone who’s looking for a no frills basic hydrating toner.
