First Ever AB Haul + Mini Reviews

Amazon had wonderful black Friday sales so I decided to indulge and make my transition at last! Finally started using all these in mid to late December after finishing up some of my pesky non AB roducts. So these reviews will be based on 2-4 weeks of use depending on the product.

Skin Type: combination leaning dry currently cause of winter here

Environment: typically hot and humid, now cold and humid (yay Florida)

1) GLOW RECIPE: Banana Soufflé Cream
Product Type: moisturizer
Purported Effect: hydration
Texture: thick cream but not greasy
Scent: faint banana peel smelling
Experience: I like the texture a lot, not thrilled about the smell, but didn’t notice much of an impact.
Rating: WNRP 5/10

2) NEOGEN: Bio Peel Gauze Pads in LEMONA
Product Type: exfoliator
Purported Effect: hybrid chemical and physical exfoliation with Brightening effect
Texture: rough on one side and soft on the other of the pad
Scent: very lemony
Experience: OMG love this so much! Love the smell, the smoothness of my skin after, the glow the next day.
Rating: ⭐ HG ⭐ 10/10.

3) ORIGINS: Ginzing SPF 15
Product Type: tinted sunscreen
Purported Effect: moisturizing, energizing, sun protection
Texture: lotiony
Scent: pleasant and faint fruity herby
Experience: the. Tint was supposed to be auto regulating. It starts white then somehow darkens to match your skin tone. Which is really awesome to watch. Feels great on. But too dark for my pale pale skin. And it doesn’t dry in very quickly. Otherwise I’d love it cause it does seem to wake up tired skin and hydrate well.

4) ARIUL: 7 Days Vitamin Mist
Product Type: toner I guess?
Purported Effect: vitamin injection
Texture: mist
Scent: undetectable
Experience: very refreshing feeling and even spraying, but doesn’t feel like a toner, and not seeing vitamin benefits yet. However on a hot day here in Florida, I’ll reach for this nice sprayer and nutrients until I run out

5) HARUHARU WONDER: Black Rice Hyaluronic cream
Product Type: Moisturizer
Purported Effect: hydration
Texture: lotiony
Scent: strong lavender
Experience: not thrilled about the unexpected strong lavender smell but I like the light lotion texture and it is hydrating nicely. I now am finishing this up on my neck and upper chest
Rating: 5/10

6) I DEW CARE: Juicy Kitten
Product Type: Serum
Purported Effect: purifying and nutrient infusing
Texture: thin but viscous serum
Scent: faint and fresh like cucumber maybe
Experience: I haven’t seen any benefits of it beyond just a cooling sensation
Rating: 4/10

7) GLOW RECIPE: Pineapple C Serum
Product Type: Serum
Purported Effect: brightening
Texture: thick serum
Scent: pineapple candy
Experience: I like the smell, it’s a little too thick and sticky and I haven’t seen any benefits yet
Rating: 4/10

8) ETUDE: Ginger Sugar Lip Balm
Product Type: liquid lip balm
Purported Effect: moisturizing
Texture: thick and luxurious liquid
Scent: yummy brown sugar
Experience: LOVE IT! Hydrating, smells amazing, I have sensitive lips and no issues
Rating: ⭐ HG ⭐ 10/10

9) I DEW CARE: Chill Kitten Moisturizer
Product Type: gel mosturizer
Purported Effect: 24 hr oil free moisture
Texture: aloe like gel
Scent: aloe like
Experience: it dries in super quick. Id only use as a 1st moisturizer layer. Does not provide enough solo and doesn’t support it’s claims of lasting
Rating: 5/10 only as a first moisturizer for those loving layers otherwise a 3/10 on its own

10) COSRX: Advanced Snail Mucin Mask
Product Type: sheet mask
Purported Effect: improves skin elasticity
Texture: horribly snotty lol.
Scent: mild
Experience: I gagged multiple times getting this out and unfolded but I can’t complain at the results so I guess I gotta get over this texture aversion lol. Send help 😂
