    So… is Rom&nd Bare Water Cushion normally this messy?

      I’ve purchased this twice (from Yesstyle and Pureseoul, so I’m sure they were genuine) and it’s always like this. If you even carry it around in your makeup bag it does this sometimes too and it’s super annoying. Generally a good product but Romand needs to fix the spillage issue, I’ve had other mesh-type cushions (Amuse, Espoir) and they do not do this.

      Mine does not look like that at all. Looks like the seal holding in the product broke. I’m sure it’s still useable, but certainly messy and disappointing.

      Oof! Sorry this happened to you. My Nu Zero cushion had no issues like this btw.

      They actually warn about this in the product details/pictures. Since the formula is pretty liquid it can spill. So you have to store it flat.. but if you put it in a makeup bag, I think most people store it sideways.. With this kind of formula it would have been better if it’s in a bottle, a sponge or maybe a cartridge cushion like the unleashia one.

      How did you store it? This foundation is very liquidy and mesh cushions don’t absorb as well as sponge types so you kinda need to keep it flat. It doesn’t do very well with being stored upright or thrown around in a bag. Which is a shame because it’s such a pretty natural finish and I wish I could carry it around for touch-ups.

      I read somewhere on this sub about this issue around the time I got this cushion too. There was advice that the cushion should stored flat on its bottom (which is against the point of an on-the-go cushion ik 🙁 ).

      I followed the advice while storing it and it hasn’t had spillage issues so far on the few times I’ve had to toss it in my bag. Not sure if that helps!
