    Please help me find my perfect polish!

    I’m looking for an intense green with a strong hot pink shift / shimmer / magnetic pigment.

    I have “Green Goddess“ by Sassy Sauce and it’s great, but I’m looking for a darker, cleaner, less prugly green. Same issue with DVN’s “Praying Mantis’s Love Story”. Mooncat’s “Garden of Evil” is similarly too muddy in its green base color. ILNP‘s “Power Surge”, on the other hand, is too pastel 😭

    Does the polish of my dreams exist?

      Red and Green are opposites on the colour wheel, so when they interact they create brown.

      I suspect a lot of your dream polishes may look slightly muddy because this beautiful pink leans red, which mixes/overlaps with the green pigment on the nail to give a brownish tint. I could be absolutely wrong, I just know with makeup that this can sometimes happen if my pigments aren’t opaque enough or I over blend them.

      I wonder if this is why most of your polishes have a lighter more yellow green, or a more pastel pink, to counter the resulting brown that comes from mixing green with the pink. 💚💗

      I hope you can find something that works! I wonder if you would have some luck mixing your own shade using some lacquers or pigments that you enjoy? Like a lovely green base with a shiny pink interference shift?
