The Skinfood propolis essence (serum) has always contained one of the highest concentrations of propolis in the market as it used to have 63% propolis extract, 10% honey extract and 10% royal jelly extract. However, I’ve recently purchased a new bottle and found out they have reformulated it to an INSANELY low concentration as compared to what have been in the past.
The new ingredient list is as follows:
Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Portulaca Oleracea Extract,Propolis Extract (6,316 Ppm), Carbomer, Arginine, Royal Jelly Extract (1,000 Ppm), Lactobacillus Ferment,Saccharomyces Ferment, Honey Extract (500 Ppm), Pentylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate,Hydroxyethylcellulose, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Beta-Glucan, Caprylyl Glycol
I did not manage to find any information/announcement about it online as ALL of their official website/social media etc are still showing the old formulation. I’m deeply upset by this reformulation as the drop is absolutely insane from having 63% to 0.63%(6316 ppm). Still gotta try this to know if it’s still effective as before but I highly doubt that. Just wanna share this information out there in case if anyone isn’t aware of this change.

I think it’s just the new Korean regulations regarding the ingredient list format. It’s not a reformulation.
Extract means it is made out of mostly water, so there is no reformulation, just a new and more accurate way of listing the ingredients.
What was the ppm before?
