So I have MILD acne (the usual whiteheads and pimples) sort of scattered all over my face. This causes unpleasant texture also. But in general I would say its noting TOO extreme. Has anyone tried this AA product and seen decent results? If so how many times did you apply and how long until you noticed anything?

Im thinking of keeping it super simple:

●La roche posay purifying foaming cleaner

    ● Cos de baha azelaic acid 10%

    ● La Roche posay double repair moisturizer

    ● centella spf 50+ sunscreen

Let me know how this worked or didn't work for you!

    1. It did help to a degree with my acne, redness, and hyperpigmentation however my skin is very stubborn and problematic so I wound up moving up to prescription strength. I am glad I started out with this though since I think it made introducing prescription strength easier on me to start out at a lower strength first. If you’re new to Aza I’d start out using it a couple of times a week (avoid your eye area) and then work your way up to daily use, even twice a day if needed. Since your acne is mild this might be enough for you and it’s worth a shot.

I would use the tirtir 12%. All of our research on AzA is done at formulations of 15% and 20%. It’s relatively gentle and easily tolerated by most people, don’t be afraid to go to a derm and get a prescription for 15/20%!
