you tell us? mix it up and swatch it on your hand. how does it look and smell?
I’m not sure if those white and black particles are meant to be part of that tint, but personally, I’d pass. My main motto with makeup is “When in doubt, toss it out”. Sounds wasteful, but it beats giving yourself an infection or worse from putting something on your face that went bad without your knowlege.
