To preface: I am a 21N Summer leaning gal.
I was bored and wanted to swatch my lip and cheek for funsies:
Into You c103- I have only recently bought this, so not much wear, however I like the look and texture, it's a pain to wipe off but worth it when I went out to eat bbq. 7/10
Peripera Pink Youth – It smells and tastes good, the oxidation is very minimal, it's like jelly or glassy look, it's best if you're very light handed, heavy handed and it's quick to look messy or too heavy. 9/10
Clio glam crystal 14- I've worn it mostly for special events ei. Weddings and parties, it's very much the same shade as pink youth irl but it stains much harder. Much more even application for me personally, it's hard to mess up when using it as a gradient or full lip. 9/10
Romand 01 Peony Ballet- ….It's so pretty but it doesn't last at all. Great topper or if you're not planning on eating much or drinking much. Great shade not so great longevity. 6/10
Maybelline 155- I'm not sure if it's me or the product, but it's so hard to shake it well enough, it stains well, it lasts long and very hard to remove. I seldom wear it bcs of how much I needed to shake it. 4/10 (saved by the longevity)
Peripera 27 Strawberry Pink- It's a very bright pink, like very much peach style makeup, and like any Peripera blush, very light and you really have to build up the pigment, I use it as a point blush to really make my blush pop. 7/10 – With better and if lighter handed
Peripera 24 Mauve Cream- It's so pretty, and the cream texture makes it look more natural, tho it's a pain to spread it. Probs my brush or the way I use it. 8/10
Peripera 12 Sunny Pink- My HG, I'm on my second pan because it does make my face look way more alive and less tired. Very much a brightening blush, I usually layer it 2x, bcs it's rather whiteish/white base pink. 10/10
Cezanne 03 Milk Mauve- My second favourite to use, natural, lasts even in PH humidity. Very happy I bought it when I was in Japan. Not much to say but it's a beginner friendly blush 9/10
Canmake Lavender Fleur B03 – Tbh…I mostly just use the highlighter part. The blush itself is okay, it's pretty but it's mostly the highlighter that's carrying. I just swirled the brush around then place it on, maybe use my fingers to get the highlighter. 8/10
Heme 05 Light lilac – It's much warmer looking than I thought, compared to the swatch it's much more warmer/peachy orange. Heme is a brand mostly known for warmer tones so not super surprising, it's also very chalky(?) like when you grab your brush and tap, a lot of powder starts to fly, my minor ocd cannot deal with constantly wiping off the excess powder. It's good for more natural makeup though. 6/10
This was an incredibly random post.
