My GOAT OPI “Peace, Love, and OPI” is this but it’s old and no longer made. I’d love to hear if you find any dupes!
The closest I currently know is ILNP Eclipse but that’s a gunmetal grey-red multichrome, so instead of having the flashes of green/blue/pink it has flashes of red.

oh I shouldn’t post this, it’s ancient at this point. I have a huge collection built up over the years and a good portion is drug store…. Sally Hansen had a black color in their Diamond Strength line – Black Tie:

Cracked just had this one in Little Box of Horrors called “Do do do do do do do do” which is closed now but might be available for overpours later on or you could post an ISO (sorry to throw out a limited edition, but it’s what I immediately thought of)
