are you in the US? if you’re in the UK I have an exact dupe for you (Barry M Tiramisu) but I know that’s not very helpful if you’re American
Manucurist has a color like this.
If Essence sells nail polish where you live, it looks similar to “The Final Rose”
It might be a tad more pink, but “That’s Taupe” by LynB Designs looks like it could work 🙂
While sourcing our own makeup is part of acting in a play, IMO if the costumer has a very specific idea of what they want your nail polish to look like, they ought to be the ones telling you what color they want. I say this as both a theater actor and someone who’s done costuming.
If I were you, I would acquire no more than one polish. If they are not satisfied with what you come up with, my recommendation is to tell them they need to decide which exact polish they want you to wear. I know we try to smooth things over so we don’t get a reputation for being “difficult to work with,” but that doesn’t mean you need to give in to unreasonable demands.
And break a leg!
