You wouldn’t be able to get the shift, but either using a swirl pattern for watermarbling, or making a swirl pattern decal with magnetic polish over a magnet might simulate the shift?

It reminds me of Clionadh Psilocybin. But I feel like if you managed to put all the colours of ILNP Twisted collection over a black background, you might achieve a similar effect. I’m not sure what magnetic technique will be best, though.
