I was feeling rather uninspired the other day but I absolutely love the carpet I have and decided to do an abstract look based on it :p
Used the tag of needing advice because I've recently downloaded Instagram to use as a portfolio of the beginnings of my press on journey – however I am instantly insanely overwhelmed and imposter syndrome has kicked in hard. I don't have flashy expensive products, I dont have a following, I'm not as good as other people and of COURSE I'm not as good as other people I use budget beetles gel and I have made a total of 5 or so sets. I guess I just feel really safe posting on reddit and I'm scared of posting anywhere else in case people are mean ;-; anyone got any advice for this?

these are soooo cute, I love sets that are inspired by something like that!!
as for Instagram, I know people tend to be a lot meaner there so I think just don’t take it personal if someone says something negative, they’ve probably said that on hundreds of other posts too just to make others feel bad. I’m not experienced with nails, I’m just here because I love seeing all the creative designs, but I don’t think it should matter that you use more budget friendly options or don’t have a large following. if nothing else it’ll be a fun way to look back on your sets over the years 🙂 and also try to remember that people with huge followings started out the same way you did. you’ve got this!!!
