Can you give more info? Your products, your steps, how wet your sponge is.

You need to sponge on thin layers and build it up. It looks like there’s too much polish on the sponge as well.

Are you lightly tapping? This looks like you’ve been firmly pressing it on as if the harder you press the more pigmented it will be. I cant think of any other reason the Polish would pool like it has on both the sponge and your skin.

I’d look up the brush blending technique! That’s always been easier for me!
