10/10 on customer service. They sent me an email follow up every week with customs shipping updates (U.S.) and finally got this after 4 weeks of waiting. I never had to reach out and they’re issuing a refund and discount for future purchases. I was looking forward to trying their green lenses but I guess I’ll have to try again later.

Can I recommend moodylenses to you! They have a bunch of beautiful green contacts that you might like. For me here I’m wearing a style that’s called “swing” and I’ve gotten so many compliments on this.
