I have been going to the same salon for 2 years. They have always been amazing. I my BIAB removed for the first time in 2 years to give my nails a break because I’d broken 3 and figured they were getting damaged.
I was in and out in 20 minutes and they charged me £30 for my nails to look like this. I am so upset. They are so over buffed and she didn’t use cuticle oil anything at all. My poor nails. 😢 Should I complain? I am very conflict averse, but this was done by the owner/manager. I know I should have said something but the salon was really busy and I didn’t want to cause a scene. I am so annoyed at myself!

I don’t know that seems like a lot, €30 to walk out with your nails, looking like that. I don’t know if you should necessarily complain, but I wouldn’t let that happen to you again. Is €30 their advertise price for that service?
could you not have gotten a bottle of acetone at the dollar store and soaked it off yourself?
Post a Google review with the pics. That’s so expensive for just removal. They also should look a bit healthier. If you wanted them to look like that you could’ve just bought a bottle of acetone and removed it at home. You went to the salon because you wanted it done right and to take care of your nails. I’m sorry that happened. Something similar happened to me when I went to a salon for removal and mani/pedi with no polish to give my nails a break.
I am just letting mine grow it out. Filed it a bit down and put some gloss. 50% out. 2 more months.
