Maybe a dumb question, is it possible to regrow my nails so I have less free edge (if that’s the right term for the white part of my nail). I think I subconsciously pushed back the skin under my nails when cleaning them out and I think that’s made the white part longer.
Basically, if I stop aggressively pushing the skin under my nails will it grow back/reattach?
