hi i'm not sure if this is the right place to post but i'm looking for overall help with my nails, shape color style nail type etc. regular polish doesn't last and i did uv gel once they popped off as wholes. i've been doing soft square shape powder gel for last few years, attached is some pics of my hands and colors i've done. i feel like they may not be the most flattering for my hands but i don't know how rounded or alternate styles would look
for extra info im a 20 yr old female in undergrad and working as an MA. open to anything, only ask is no fake nail

I’d go with the style that feels the most “you” for everyday life, not just the one that looks best in the inspo pic. The prettiest nail shape/style is usually the one you’ll still love a week later and can actually live with comfortably.

i think if you’re a square nail fan that’s not comfortable switching to almond you might find tapered square to be more flattering! it’s slightly narrower than square without being as dramatic as coffin (pic attached just to compare the three shapes). i know personally i think square makes my fingers look chubby but tapered square looks so nice.
i also personally prefer hard gel over dip or plain gel manicure. it’s a structure gel, so it gives your nails some strength so you can grow your natural nails without needing any extensions. soft gel is also really good depending on your nails, but i also struggle with gel polish peeling off my nails and find soft gel liked to lift in the corners and chip.
