From PPU April '26. Two coats, magnetized glass bead-style with a lab spinner.
I also ordered DRK Magic Effect – one coat on top and magnetized again. I really like the Magic Effect; it does seem to coalesce the magnetic particles more effectively than top coat alone, but herein lies my problem. I don't understand how to apply topcoat over the Magic Effect without ruining the whole thing. I've tried everything I can think of at this point, so this mani has no topcoat currently.

A layer of DRK Magic effect, a water based top coat, or peely base can be applied over your dry polish. And once that is fully dry your regular top coat.
Correction I meant DRK Seal Glaze instead of Magic Effect. ME rewets the polish for better magnetization. Seal Glaze is water based and forms a barrier between polish and top coat so the magnetization is not disrupted.
