Several people requested a tutorial video. IRL it takes about 20 minutes per nail so there are jump cuts to save time. There's no audio because my husband burst in asking questions and talking to the cats. I finished with 2 coats of glitter grabber. I'll post a close up of the nail along with the product list below

Glitter Unique Gel-ish top coat as the glitter grabber
You can use any jellies you want as long as they are glassy and transparent. Anything milky will obscure the glitters.
Edit to be clear: several of the polishes I’m using are homemade so in the list I put identical polishes from Fancy Gloss and Holo Taco. For anyone curious about the tool, it’s a needle tool for ceramics but a regular darning needle would work
