The Water Remembers- Bees Knees Lacquer 🌊

Hopefully this works, I’m attempting to post two short video clips – one with flash, one without, both taken next to a window on a cloudy late afternoon with dim indirect natural light.

This is my first BKL color! I was going to go with cat eye, as I’ve seen it recommended for this color, but I put my thumb in the horseshoe magnet and fell in love immediately. So velvet for all ten fingers!

Not quite done cleaning up edges & cuticles, but it’s still fresh enough that I’m being cautious. I’ll finish cleaning up tomorrow.

I chose this color because I’m going to see Florence + the Machine tonight and I’d love to hear “What the Water Gave Me.”

The base color on this one is sooo pretty. A really deep jelly teal. Formula was delightful to work with and it magnetizes like a dream. This was a great introduction to BKL and I’m looking forward to trying out the rest of my little haul. 😊
