Uh yeah. Never would’ve paid. Why would you even consider this acceptable? Genuinely asking. I’m baffled
I would go back and have another tech redo it, free of charge. This is sloppy application.
Yes and yes. I never like the messy painting then cleanup approach, but I think they could’ve mostly salvaged it by cleaning it up, strange that they didn’t. I would just go back and say you had to go yesterday but you looked at your nails in detail later and it’s not what you asked/paid for.
