She won’t die!!!! 🤣 I’ve seen positive comments about capping your nails as you paint them, and while watching some baseball last weekend gave it a try. Decided to have some fun with one of my favorite magnetics, Mooncat’s La Petite Mort. I am super hard on my nails and polish, and am shocked that 7 days later my polish is still pretty much perfect after capping them with each coat. Normally before this I would have several nails come off entirely, so this staying power is great. Did it take upwards of 2 hours to do? Sure did, but worth it!
1 coat of Nailtiques 2+
1 coat of Mooncat’s Getting Even Primer
3 coats of LPM, magnetized with a spinner on a lab stirrer for 3 minutes per coat.
1 coat of Essie Here to Stay magnetized for 2 minutes

Oh ..beautiful nails too 🤣 I can’t stand when my nails chip so 7 day wear would be perfect if I could ever get to that point.
What do you mean capping them?
