I need advice. I’ve really only ever gotten a gel manicure but it usually starts chipping within a week. Well I’m looking for a simple manicure that actually lasts. Something with maybe a neutral color or French tip and a little extra length, possible almond/round or combo. I dont know where to start because there are so many options. Do I ask for acrylic? This is what I’m possibly looking for.

If you have your own length you can find someone who does builder gel. That goes on your nail and structure the shape and makes it look like those pics. You can do clear with gel color on top or builder gel comes in those neutral colors too. This is builder gel on my own nails with a Russian manicure. I can’t remember the color but it’s a nuetral builder gel she used.

I would just show them the inspo pics and say “short almond french in baby pink, gel”
just show them the picture, this can be done with anything, doesn’t matter if it’s gels of acrylics, a nail tech will achieve this
